The adventure in Heroes VI, starting 400 years before events in Heroes V, catapults a family of heroes into a fast-paced epic story where Angels plot to end -- once and for all -- an unfinished war with their ancient rivals, the Faceless.
A legendary Archangel General is resurrected, but with his powers crippled. Plagued by horrible memories of the Elder Wars, he plots to recover his powers and take control of Ashan while destroying both Faceless and Demons in a series of carefully orchestrated attacks and betrayals. He underestimates, however, the power of the all-too-human Griffin dynasty.
The destiny of these Griffin heroes will be determined by our players.

In the year following the events of Might & Magic® Heroes® VI, several ships disappeared in the Savage Sea during a sudden and mysterious storm. Normally, that wouldn’t be so surprising – these waters are known to be dangerous and unforgiving – but their captains were particularly experienced seafarers.
The Pirate Council hired the legendary pirate, Crag Hack, to find out what happened. Crag Hack has been it all: mercenary, barbarian and pirate... It is time for this legendary hero to be called out of retirement and embark on a new and perilous adventure!
Rumors claim that a thunderbird is nesting somewhere in the islands and is responsible for the tempestuous weather. If true, then Crag Hack will have to find the thunderbird and put an end to the danger.

Years before the events of Heroes VI, the Wizard Sandro was expelled from the ranks of the Spider Cult and banished from the Seven Cities, his staff of power confiscated. For decades, his fate remained a mystery. In the aftermath of Heroes VI, the Great Lich returns with a vengeance.
To accomplish his nefarious scheme, Sandro must first find the Staff of the Netherworld, an ancient artifact currently held in the private collection of Duke Ovidio of the Bull. Then Sandro will have to unseal the mysteries surrounding a powerful artifact, the Ring of the Unrepentant…
